Product Introduction
HP1117 is a series of three terminal low-voltage regulators with a voltage drop of 1.3V at 1A load current. The HP1117 has a very low standby current, which is only 2mA compared to the competitor's 5mA. In addition to fixed versions with voltages of 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.85V, 3.3V, and 5V, the HP1117 also offers adjustable versions. The adjustable version only requires two external resistors to achieve an output voltage from 1.25V to 12V. The HP1117 has a thermal shutdown function to ensure the reliability of the chip and system. It also adopts trimming technology to ensure output voltage accuracy within 2%. HP1117 can be packaged in several forms, including SOT-223, TO-252, and SOT89-3L.
