The HP6052 series is a CMOS LDO with ultra-low voltage drop, fast transient response, high current, and high PSRR. Within the range of input voltage coverage, the static current of HP6052 is a typical 75uA, which is very attractive for consumer electronics and network devices that require high output current and low static current.
The HP6052 covers an output voltage range of 0.8V-3.6V (fixed voltage version), while the adjustable voltage version has an output voltage range of 0.8V-5.0V. It has over temperature protection (OTP) and over current protection (OCP) functions to ensure the stability of the chip and power system in abnormal environments.
HP6052 can be packaged in DFN2 * 2-6L, SOT23-5L, and SOT89-5L. Standard products are lead-free and halogen-free.
